Update your details

To change your shipping address, phone number or email before claiming a prize, log in to My Account or contact support.

Delete your account

Request account deletion by emailing us. Note: we may retain transaction records required for tax, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Marketing preferences

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you receive messages from us, use the unsubscribe link or contact support to opt out.
